    Philosophy on Business

I wholeheartedly believe in an egoless approach to business. I have found throughout my career that when the ego gets out of the way, the business wins with vulnerability, transparency and understanding between employees and with clients. Through open communication – mixed with a little grit and tenacity – we at Pearl have created a true collaborative environment. When you come to Pearl Planning you should feel at ease, you should see our team working and communicating effectively and you should know our intention is to be transparent and honest when it comes to your wealth management.

    Childhood Collection

Nail polish.  I started my own nail salon when I was around 8 years old. While this came as a surprise to my family, they would gladly gather in the basement of my family home and let me do their nails. My collection of nail polish and entrepreneurial spirit doesn’t come as a surprise to me as I reflect back to my childhood. To me, it was more than just making a few dollars; there was also something I absolutely loved about the whole process of painting nails. You were face to face with a person for 30 minutes laughing, listening to their stories and also making them feel really good simply by applying a few coats of polish.
