Virtual Yoga with Halima Henderson

Pearl Planning is sponsoring a virtual beginner yoga session with modifications for those more advanced to stay active and move from your own home. Lately, our physical routines have been modified during moments of peak stress and change in daily routine. To assist in keeping ourselves healthy we welcome Halima Henderson a New York-based yoga instructor to host a virtual yoga class. Halima’s vinyasa classes bring a focus of proper alignment, a straightforward yet challenging sequence, in a light-hearted and welcoming environment. She believes a mindful practice can decompress and strengthen the body, mind, and spirit! This 60-minute class will be accessible for those new or returning to yoga!
